Your role as Distribution Centre Manager

• Responsible for adopting a cultural transformation towards operational excellence using continuous improvement and lean methodologies, focusing on eliminating waste while ensuring Safety, Service, Cost, and Environmental standards.
• Implement cultural change within the distribution operation, prioritizing safety and continuous improvement at all levels.
• Ensure targets for on-time and in-full deliveries are consistently met.
• Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement across the site.
• Manage the site P&L and budget, ensuring risks are mitigated and opportunities seized.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain confidence and connectivity in service provision.
• Ensure statutory compliance and governance, including adherence to O-licence regulations.
