You’ll be working closely with Underwriters and the wider Distribution team to execute broker strategies that support growth in target classes. Key responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of distribution plans, particularly within focus classes.
  • Build relationships with key strategic broker partners and support ongoing engagement activity.
  • Assist Underwriters in developing and implementing tailored distribution strategies.
  • Represent the broker voice internally and help shape strategic initiatives.
  • Attend broker meetings and ensure action points are tracked and delivered.
  • Interpret internal and market data to highlight opportunities and inform commercial plans.
  • Partner with marketing to produce relevant materials for campaigns and broker engagement.
