Key Accountabilities:

• Attend schools onsite each day and provide cover where required onsite and remotely via the ICT Service Desk.
• Experienced in user and issue resolution of all O365 applications and Google Workspace.
• Participate in IT Projects related to school networking and security.
• Assess situations quickly and implement recovery processes for issues like server or switch failures, floods, and internet failures.

Role Holder Requirements

If you can demonstrate the following, we’d love to hear from you:

• Ability to work with others to deliver programs & projects to meet objectives.
• Hands-on experience with small organization or school networks.
• Clear communication skills, both verbal and written, with users and vendors.
• Willingness to undertake an Enhanced DBS check and have the Right to Work in the UK.
