Job summary

Suntory Global Spirits in Scotland is seeking a proactive production operator to join the distillery’s rotating shift team. You will work across the full range of spirit production processes, uphold safety, quality, and site KPIs while contributing to Continuous Improvement.

Qualifications

• Standard Grade or equivalent
• IBD GCD or equivalent level
• ECDL or equivalent computer literacy
• IOSH Working Safely or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years’ malting or distillery operations experience (preferable)
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends
• Knowledge of COMAH and DSEAR regulations

Responsibilities

• Contributes to local and site KPI targets for productivity, safety, and quality.
• Follows SOPs and WI's, and supports Focused Improvement initiatives.
• Monitors production trends and adjusts the program to meet targets.
• Maintains hygiene standards and housekeeping within own areas.
• Supports local audits and safety training.
