Job summary

Suntory Global Spirits in Northern Ireland is seeking to produce New Make Spirit to agreed quality standards while maintaining a strong focus on safety and efficiency. You will work as part of a semi-autonomous team across the full range of distillery processes and on a rotating shift schedule, taking ownership for personal and site performance to hit targets.

Expect to actively promote EHS culture, comply with all regulatory and company standards, and contribute to local KPIs such as

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Lean practices and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to local production KPI targets (OTIF, OEE) and achieve targets.
• Follow SOPs and WI's to understand and control production processes (malting, mashing, distillation, warehousing).
• Maintain hygiene standards and monitor plant equipment to ensure quality and safety.
