Job summary

Vivid Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor with significant damp, mould and disrepair experience to support our service delivery, including preparation for Awaab's Law Phase 2. You will take a lead role in delivering services, manage complex cases, and undertake inspections with a focus on compliance and customer outcomes.

The role requires demonstrable experience in housing disrepair claims and the ability to prepare technical evidence.

Qualifications

• Experience of managing housing disrepair claims and legal interfaces.
• Demonstrable experience with damp, mould and disrepair in social housing.
• Experience of preparing technical evidence and witness statements would be advantageous.
• Experience of implementing or preparing for Awaab's Law preferred.
