Qualifikationen

• Supervisory experience within property maintenance or social housing repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret Scott Schedules.
• Coordinate works against fixed completion dates.
• Strong organisational skills for multiple live jobs and teams.
• Communicate professionally with clients, residents and tradespeople.
• Basic MS Outlook and Excel proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Attend pre-start meetings and inspections with clients to review works.
• Plan and coordinate disrepair programmes within contractual timelines.
• Allocate jobs to tradespeople and subcontractors; monitor progress.
• Conduct site visits to check progress, workmanship and safety.
• Produce cost breakdowns and variations with supporting evidence.
• Maintain records in Epix or other systems; inform clients of delays.
