You will supervise day-to-day works, manage operatives and subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, and liaise with residents and clients to maintain service standards.

Formación

• Experience supervising repairs and maintenance contracts.
• Experience working in occupied social housing properties.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervising day-to-day repairs and maintenance works within occupied properties.
• Managing operatives and subcontractors on site.
• Ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to standard.
• Carrying out site visits, quality inspections and progress checks.
• Liaising with residents, clients and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Monitoring productivity and ensuring customer service is maintained.

SSSTS/SMSTS or IOSH

Full UK Driving Licence
