DLP Services Northern Ltd is seeking an experienced Disrepair Supervisor to oversee repair works across Manchester and Lancashire. The role is hands-on and involves coordinating in-house and subcontracted operatives, ensuring safety and timely delivery of projects.

You will manage inspections, prep scopes, costings, variations, and maintain detailed records using Epix. A driving licence and willingness to travel across the region are essential.

Formación

• Experience in property maintenance or building works.
• Ability to interpret Scott Schedules and coordinate works.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Good communication with clients, operatives and subcontractors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel; full UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Attend pre-start inspections and assess scope.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor works to deadlines; adhere to legal timelines.
• Develop clear work schedules and allocate tasks to operatives.
• Carry out regular site visits to monitor progress, safety and quality.
• Oversee in-house and subcontracted operatives to meet standards.
• Inspect works, identify defects and arrange remedial action.
• Cost works using NATFED schedules and accurate coding.
• Prepare variations with cost breakdowns and client approvals.
• Maintain daily/weekly checks and update job records in Epix.
• Communicate progress to clients and escalate delays or changes.
