Daniel Owen Ltd. is recruiting a Disrepair Supervisor to oversee works across Manchester and Lancashire. The role involves supervising disrepair projects in occupied social housing, from inspection to completion, and coordinating tradespeople and subcontractors to meet deadlines.

You will interpret Scott Schedules, ensure safety and quality, and manage variations and cost reporting. A driving licence and SSSTS are desirable, with travel across multiple sites required.

Formación

• Supervisory experience in social housing repairs and roofing.
• Ability to read and interpret Scott Schedules.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Manchester and Lancashire.

Responsabilidades

• Attend pre-start meetings and inspections with clients.
• Assess works against Scott Schedule and confirm scope.
• Plan and coordinate disrepair programmes within legal timescales.
• Allocate jobs to tradespeople and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress, health and safety, and quality.
• Prepare cost breakdowns and variation requests.
• Maintain records and keep clients informed.
