The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor with 5+ years PQE to join their expanding team in Guildford, Surrey.

The dispute resolution team handles a broad range of high-level work, including professional negligence, dilapidation claims, contract disputes, arbitration, mediation, landlord and tenant disputes, break notices, lease terminations, and possession issues.

You will work with a loyal client base and collaborate directly with senior partners, gaining exposure to high-quality work and mentorship to develop your skills. The partners focus heavily on technical development, providing an excellent learning environment.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE
• Specialist knowledge in handling high-net-worth property litigation matters
