QED Legal is seeking a solicitor to join its bustling Dispute Resolution team in Glasgow. You will gain varied exposure to property disputes, housing, debt recovery and contractual disputes, with real opportunities to build court experience in the Sheriff Court.

You’ll be drafting, raising and progressing actions, participating in settlement negotiations and collaborating with senior colleagues on more complex matters. A supportive environment with training and clear progression awaits.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in dispute resolution and litigation.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage competing deadlines.
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent client service.

Responsibilities

• Draft, raise and progress court actions through the Sheriff Court.
