Qualifications

• Proven background in commercial litigation/dispute resolution.
• Experience of advocacy in the Sheriff Court and/or First Tier Tribunal preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage diverse caseload including commercial contract disputes and real estate disputes.
• Participate in Sheriff court appearances and alternative dispute resolution actions.
• Provide training and support to trainees and junior solicitors.
