Job summary

ENL Legal Recruitment is assisting a client in Worcester to appoint an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer to join a busy Dispute Resolution team. You will handle a varied caseload from instruction to resolution, advising both commercial and private clients.

The role offers exposure to boundary disputes, defamation, nuisance and Party Wall Act claims, with opportunities to engage in commercial litigation and business development.

Qualifications

Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with Dispute Resolution Practising Rights.
Solid post-qualified experience within civil litigation.
Experience managing a varied caseload from instruction through to resolution.
Strong client care skills and a commercial, solutions-focused approach.
