Job summary

eNL in Manchester seeks a Dispute Resolution Solicitor at NQ+ to join a growing specialist practice. You will work on contentious and regulatory matters, advising clubs, players, and organisations across sports, media, and commercial sectors.

The role offers exposure to High Court litigation and strategic investigations, with supportive colleagues and opportunities to develop advocacy and business development skills.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with rights to practise in England & Wales.
• Strong written and verbal communication and academics.
• Experience in dispute resolution or related contentious practice.
• Interest in developing specialist expertise in disputes.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on disputes before specialist dispute resolution and regulatory forums.
• Advising on arbitration and regulatory proceedings, including matters within the sporting sector.
• Handling High Court and other commercial litigation, including media and social media disputes.
• Advising on disciplinary and regulatory investigations.
• Assisting with matters involving misconduct, anti-doping, regulatory breaches and wider integrity issues.
• Advising clubs, players, athletes and agents on a range of contentious matters.
• Working closely with experienced colleagues on high-profile and technically challenging disputes.
• Developing strong client relationships and providing clear, commercially focused advice.
• Contributing to business development initiatives and helping to grow the wider disputes practice.
