Job summary

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor/Associate in Essex to handle a broad range of contentious matters for businesses and private clients. Ideal candidates have around 3–6 years' PQE in commercial litigation or general dispute resolution.

You will manage matters from instruction through to settlement or litigation, draft pleadings and witness statements, and build strong client relationships with partner support and clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years' PQE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution.
• Experience handling contractual disputes and negligence claims.
• Strong drafting, analytical skills and familiarity with CPR.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on strategy, risk, costs and outcomes.
• Draft pleadings, witness statements and settlement agreements.
• Conduct settlement negotiations and mediation.
• Manage court deadlines and CPR requirements.
• Develop strong client relationships and assist business development.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm.
