The role is for a Dispute Resolution solicitor stepping into a Partner capacity, giving you control over client relationships, fee structures, and active business development to expand your own client following in a flexible, autonomy-driven environment.

• 4+ years PQE in dispute resolution.
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills.

The Role

We are seeking a Dispute Resolution solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex dispute resolution law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in dispute resolution
• Demonstrates strong technical drafting and advocacy skills

• Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment

Candidates with an existing client following or clear business plan will be particularly attractive.
