Service Care is seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join our team in the East Riding of Yorkshire with hybrid working.

You will manage a varied caseload in dispute resolution and civil litigation, provide clear legal advice, handle contractual and property disputes, debt recovery, and draft pleadings and correspondence from instruction to resolution.

The role offers a salary of £50,000–£70,000 per annum, depending on experience, with hybrid working and onsite parking.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 4+ years PQE preferred.
• Experience managing dispute resolution or civil litigation caseload.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities as a Dispute Resolution Solicitor:

Manage a varied caseload of dispute resolution and civil litigation matters from instruction through to resolution. Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients on a range of contentious matters. Handle matters including contractual disputes, property disputes, debt recovery, professional negligence, and general commercial litigation. Draft legal documents, correspondence, and court pleadings.

About you as a Dispute Resolution Solicitor:

Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales (ideally with 4+ years PQE, although candidates with relevant experience will be considered). Proven experience managing a dispute resolution or civil litigation caseload. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment. A proactive approach to client service and case management.
