Qualifications

• Registered with the General Optical Council (GOC).
• CPD training as part of GOC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support in-store for regulated dispensing.
• Inspire the Optical team by sharing knowledge to deliver the best service.
• Listen to customers and offer expertise and advice.
• Help customers choose the correct eyewear and guide to the best product for their needs.
• Support the team to deliver an efficient day and compliant operational processes.
• Provide expert knowledge for patients with specialist requirements.
