• Passion for learning and development, completing all CPD training as part of GOC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Providing clinical support in store for regulated dispensing.
• Inspiring the Optical team by sharing knowledge to deliver the best service.
• Listening to customer needs and offering expertise and advice.
• Helping customers choose the correct eyewear and guidance for best products.
• Supporting the team to deliver an efficient, compliant operating day.
