Job Opportunity: Dispensing Optician

Zest Optical is working with an independent practice in Kington, Herefordshire, to recruit a Dispensing Optician. This role offers a great environment that serves as a hub for the community's eyecare needs.

The position involves splitting your time between dispensing during two clinic days and engaging in admin and business development on one non-clinic day. The practice is independent, focused on care and the patient journey, offering tailored dispensing services.

1. Offering a tailored dispensing service to each individual on clinic days.
2. Typically working with Essilor or BBGR lenses, with the flexibility to source other brands.
3. Supporting the Director in expanding the practice’s presence on non-clinic days.
4. Flexible scheduling across any days of the week, working 9am - 5pm.
5. Seeking a candidate with a positive track record in the optical industry who is GOC registered.
6. Looking for someone passionate about elite-level care and service, willing to go above and beyond.
7. Must be calm, comfortable, and confident when communicating with patients.

The role offers a salary of up to £35,000 FTE plus a range of additional benefits.
