Newcastle Hospitals PharmaServices Limited is seeking a Dispensing Assistant (Grade 3) to join the newly established outpatient pharmacy service, Newcastle Pharmacy Services, at Freeman Hospital. The role involves dispensing prescriptions and providing technical support within a fast-paced, supportive team.
Full-time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:30–18:00 (shifts to be confirmed); part-time considered. DBS disclosure may be required and DBS cost may be deducted from first salary.

Our new outpatient pharmacy - Newcastle Pharmacy Services - has been operating since 1 December 2024 as a subsidiary of the Trust. This follows an announcement from Lloyds in August 2024, that it was withdrawing from its 64 Lloyds Pharmacy-branded hospital pharmacy sites across the country, including those at the Royal Victoria Infirmary and Freeman Hospitals.
