Qualifications

• Good education standard with qualifications in English and Maths required.

An exciting opportunity has arisen at our established and busy Practice for a Dispenser to join our team at the Phoenix Health Group.

Innovative and progressive with surgeries across Cirencester, Tetbury, South Cerney, Kemble and the RAU, we focus on providing excellent personal care and a holistic approach to medical practice. Everyone working in the Practice is valued for the role they play in providing a high-quality service for our patients.

Responsibilities

The role will process all relevant prescriptions as authorised by GPs and prescribing nurses where appropriate, in accordance with the principles of good practice.

Qualifications

1. Good standard of education, including qualifications in English and Maths.
2. Experience of Microsoft Office software.
3. Experience of dealing with the public/patients.
4. Keyboard and computer skills.
5. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
6. Ability to work as part of an integrated multi-skilled team.
7. Experience of working in a Dispensary.
8. If unqualified, the successful applicant would need to complete a Level 2 Dispensing Doctors course at Buttercups.

The position is also open to anyone interested in completing an apprenticeship.

Salary: £10 to £13.08 an hour depending on role and experience.
