Job summary

Superdrug is recruiting for Stamford to join our pharmacy team. We welcome qualified Dispensers and those starting out as a Trainee Pharmacy Assistant, working 39 hours per week at £13.80 per hour (Dispenser) or up to £13.00 per hour (Trainee).

You’ll support counter sales, dispensing, and patient care with a focus on service and accuracy. No prior experience required for the trainee route; NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing or equivalent is accepted.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing or equivalent is required for dispenser roles.
• No experience required for the trainee pharmacy assistant path.
• Excellent customer service mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced team.

We're Looking For

• Either NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing (or equivalent) OR a keen interest in healthcare to begin your pharmacy career with us as a trainee pharmacy assistant.
• No prior experience required – just a passion for healthcare and customer service
• A friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well in a team or independently
• Confidence to thrive in a fast-paced environment
