Job summary

Superdrug Windsor is looking for a friendly individual to join the pharmacy team as a Dispenser or Trainee Pharmacy Assistant. The role offers part-time hours (7 hours/week) with hourly pay of £14.20 for Dispenser or £13.15 for Trainee.

No experience needed—training is provided. NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing is preferred, but keen learners with a healthcare passion are welcome to apply in a supportive, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing (or equivalence) is required or an interest in healthcare to begin as a trainee.
• No prior experience required—passion for healthcare and customer service welcomed.
• Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn; ability to work in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Support the pharmacy team with counter sales and stock replenishment.
• Deliver exceptional service across the pharmacy counter and dispensary.
• Ensure customers and patients are served with care, efficiency and professionalism.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and merchandising.

We welcome applications from qualified Dispensers and those with no pharmacy experience who are eager to begin their career as a Trainee Pharmacy Assistant.

Location: Windsor

Hours: 7 hours per week which can be Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday or Thursday

Salary: £14.20 per hour (Dispenser) / £13.15 per hour (Trainee pharmacy assistant)

We're Looking For:
