Job summary

Superdrug is hiring for its Stamford pharmacy team. We welcome applications from qualified Dispensers and from candidates with no experience who want to start their career as a Trainee Pharmacy Assistant. This role is based in Stamford and offers 39 hours per week.

Salary is £13.80 per hour for Dispenser and up to £13.00 per hour for Trainee positions, with full training and development support as you grow in a fast-paced pharmacy environment across the UK.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing (or equivalent) OR keen interest in healthcare to begin as trainee pharmacy assistant.
• No prior experience required; passion for healthcare and customer service.
• Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work well in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Support the pharmacy team with counter sales and stock replenishment.
• Deliver exceptional service across the pharmacy counter and dispensary.
• Ensure customers and patients are served with care, efficiency, and professionalism.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and merchandising.

What You’ll Be Doing:
