Job description

We are looking for a qualified Level 2 Dispenser to join our Surgery Dispensary team.

This role aims to complete our dispensary team and ensure full coverage to provide our patients with a quality service.

Main duties of the job

The duties of a dispenser include:

• Dispensing prescriptions, both acute and repeats
• Following training provided and maintaining high standards
• Liaising with pharmacists and GPs
• Ensuring follow-up on orders
• Using the System1 computer system
• Receiving and storing orders
• Completing weekly and monthly audits/checks

We operate across six sites, partnering with Danes Camp and Rillwood Surgery.

Hanslope is in the Milton Keynes postcode area, while our other sites are based in Northampton.

Job responsibilities

We seek a qualified Level 2 Dispenser with experience in a pharmacy or GP dispensary setting.

Senior dispensers will provide support and training as needed.
