Berenjak Mayfair is hiring a Dispense Bartender to join our flagship venue at 80 Duke Street, Mayfair. You will craft drinks for the restaurant floor, drawing on wine, spirits and cocktails knowledge, while maintaining high standards in a fast-paced, wine-led environment.

You’ll be semi-guest-facing but not seated at a bar; you’ll thrive on warmth, guest care and teamwork within a growing group known for hospitality and great experiences.

• Speed and accuracy in a busy service.
• A creative approach and impeccable attention to detail.

We're looking for a talented and efficient Dispense Bartender to join our team. It's an exciting opportunity for an ambitious bartender to play a key role in a dynamic, growing restaurant group with big plans ahead.
Experience - Previous experience in a quality location, You'll make the drinks for the whole restaurant floor, so you need to be knowledgeable and passionate about wine, spirits and cocktails. You'll also need a solid background in high-volume restaurants or bars, and you'll hold yourself to the highest standards. The role is semi-guest-facing. There are no bar seats, but you'll be on the restaurant floor, so warmth and a keen eye for the guest experience are essential.,
