JKS Restaurants Ltd. is seeking a talented and efficient Dispense Bartender for our Mayfair location. You will be responsible for crafting drinks across the restaurant floor, bringing passion for wine, spirits and cocktails, with a solid background in high-volume dining environments.

We’re looking for a talented and efficient Dispense Bartender to join our team. It’s an exciting opportunity for an ambitious bartender to play a key role in a dynamic, growing restaurant group with big plans ahead.

Berenjak is a group of Persian restaurants. Three of our locations have been awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand. We have four sites in the UK (Mayfair, Soho, Borough Market and Soho Farmhouse) and eight internationally across the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and New York. You’ll be joining a driven and passionate team.

The Location

Berenjak Mayfair is the brand’s flagship new opening located at 80 Duke Street, a moment’s walk from Grosvenor Square in the heart of Mayfair. The design direction is inspired by Grandad’s villa in the North of Iran; a space that feels homey and relaxed but also elegant and mature whilst the service style focuses on genuine, warm hospitality and memorable guest experiences.

Guests can expect a mix of classic Berenjak classic Mazeh, Kababs and Khoresht with the addition of new elevated diverse regional Persian dishes. The beverage offering will draw a new focus to premium drinks options exclusively curated for the Duke Street location including new signature cocktails and an expanded wine selection.

The role

You’ll make the drinks for the whole restaurant floor, so you need to be knowledgeable and passionate about wine, spirits and cocktails. You’ll also need a solid background in high-volume restaurants or bars, and you’ll hold yourself to the highest standards. The role is semi-guest-facing. There are no bar seats, but you’ll be on the restaurant floor, so warmth and a keen eye for the guest experience are essential.
