Role: Dispatcher

As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for ensuring customer deliveries are picked and dispatched on time to ensure excellent customer service. You will also oversee the efficiency of our drivers and ensure they depart with the correct goods within the required timeframe.

Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure customer orders are picked and dispatched on time by preparing products accordingly.
  2. Assign and plan routes for drivers to optimize resource utilization.
  3. Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring all processes and procedures are followed correctly.
  4. Check and store supplier deliveries, reporting shortages or damaged stock to your line manager.
  5. Assist with ongoing stocktaking to ensure accurate stock location.
  6. Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
