Job summary

Menzies Aviation in Manchester is seeking capable candidates for a Customer Services role, delivering high standards of airport operations, paperwork, safety, and efficient turnaround processes.

You will handle aircraft turnaround paperwork, operate new station technologies, drive on airside, communicate by radio, and report delays or incidents; flexibility during peak periods is essential.

Qualifications

• Good verbal communication.
• A full 5 year work/unemployment/education history.
• Valid Passport
• Proof of National Insurance
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Criminal Record Check and Airside Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Ensure all paperwork relating to the aircraft turnaround is completed.
• Utilise any new technology introduced by the station to enhance the operation.
• Taking care of company property and reporting any damage to Line Manager.
• Airside driving duties.
• Use iPads or tablets if product dictates.
• Use radios at all times for communication.
• Embrace change of airline procedures.
• Detailed written reports for delays or any safety incident while in charge of a flight.
• Assist Controller, DM's & Management in ensuring the workplace is a safe environment to work.
• Carry out duties as requested by a manager during busy periods or short notice.

What You Will Be Doing
