Job summary

Menzies Aviation in Manchester is seeking a proactive Customer Services Operative to support airlines with paperwork and turnaround processes, ensuring safety and compliance. You will contribute to a high standard of service, work with teams across the operation and help implement new procedures as required.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, communicating effectively with colleagues, and producing accurate reports for delays or safety incidents while maintaining security and safety

Qualifications

• A full 5 year work/unemployment/education history is required.
• Valid Passport and Proof of National Insurance are required.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Criminal Record Check and Airside Security Clearance are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high performance standards around all aspects of Customer Services and processing.
• Complete paperwork relating to aircraft turnaround.
• Utilise new station technology to enhance operations.
• Take care of company property and report any damage to Line Manager.
• Airside driving duties.
• Embrace changes to airline procedures.

• Detailed written reports for delays or any safety incident while in charge of a flight.
