Interaction Recruitment is seeking a Dispatch Operative in Bridgwater to join a busy food production logistics team. You will pick, pack and dispatch orders, load/unload vehicles and ensure accuracy, quality and food safety in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

An excellent opportunity has become available for a Dispatch Operative to join the busy logistics team in Bridgwater. This is a fast-paced role within a well-established food production environment, ideal for individuals who are reliable, hardworking and enjoy working as part of a team.

As a Dispatch Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring finished products are picked, loaded and dispatched accurately and on time. You'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, food safety and efficiency while helping to keep the warehouse and dispatch operation running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
