Job summary

AMF Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Despatch Operative for a permanent role in Cleckheaton. You will wrap and pack products, prepare orders for shipment, weigh boxes, and complete paperwork in line with quality controls on a fixed day shift.

FLT/Counterbalance and Reach licenses are required. You may need to cover other staff and contribute to a supportive team, with good holiday entitlement and clear progression prospects.

Qualifications

• Experience in despatch/or order prep and packing.
• Able to complete relevant paperwork accurately and on time.
• Willing to work flexibly and cover for colleagues when needed.

Responsibilities

• Wrap and pack individual products.
• Pack boxes to quantities on sales orders.
• Weigh boxes and record shipping details.
• Assist colleagues with handling goods.
• Follow procedures and quality controls.
• Complete required paperwork.
• Coordinate dispatch activities and escalate issues promptly.
