Job summary

OA are currently recruiting a Dispatch Operative in Milton Keynes. The role offers an immediate start on a temporary to permanent basis and entails dispatch tasks, loading/unloading, and warehouse support in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires accuracy with parcels, ability to meet deadlines, and a hands-on approach. Salary is £13.00 per hour with weekly pay, Monday to Friday 10:00–19:00.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatch, courier or warehouse experience.
• Experience with handheld scanners or pallet trucks.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy when sorting and handling parcels.
• Reliable, punctual and able to meet deadlines.
• Physically fit and comfortable with a hands-on role.
• Able to work effectively as part of a busy team.

• Maintain a clean, safe dispatch area and support wider warehouse activities when required.
