Placements24 is seeking an experienced Dispatch Manager to lead our dispatch operations in East London. You will oversee the coordination of outgoing shipments and deliveries, ensure efficient routing, timely departures, and clear communication with drivers and clients.

You will manage a team of dispatchers, optimize workflow, and implement strategies to boost operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in dispatch or transportation management.
• Experience managing a team of dispatchers or logistics staff.
• Strong knowledge of routing, scheduling software and transportation logistics.
