Job description

The Marketing Co-Ordinator will support the Marketing Managers and Supervisors, focusing on Disney+ campaigns in the UK. The role involves implementing brand and content marketing campaigns across all media channels to increase awareness, consideration, sign-ups, and retention.

Responsibilities include coordinating campaign fundamentals such as creative briefings, asset approvals, trafficking, and managing tight deadlines and ongoing changes.

Note: This is a 12-month Fixed Term contract starting June 2025, based in Hammersmith, London (4 days/week in-office and 1 day WFH).

The Opportunity & Responsibilities:
Campaign Creative Briefing & Delivery
  • Support end-to-end campaign delivery
  • Develop creative briefs, asset specs, guidelines, and restrictions
  • Manage experiential activations
  • Oversee campaign timings and creative lists
  • Ensure compliance with Clearcast and third-party TV guidelines
  • Manage legal approvals as needed
Asset Management
  • Understand asset sites and creative guidelines as a brand ambassador
  • Coordinate with D+ marketing operations for asset sourcing and circulation
  • Support creative and activation approvals
Agency and Partner Management
  • Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and partners
  • Manage access to relevant sites and folders for vendors
  • Share creative assets and guidelines
  • Handle budget quotes and trackers
Team Support

Assist the wider Disney+ UK team with tasks like:

  • Creating PowerPoint presentations
  • Post-campaign analysis
  • Scheduling and note-taking for meetings
  • Representing the team in meetings
