Job summary

Intec Select Limited is seeking a Transformation Director to lead a Discovery/Life Sciences transformation programme in London on a 12-month contract. The role requires translating strategy into actionable transformation across business architecture, operating models, and technology enablement, with senior stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience delivering enterprise-wide transformation within complex organisations.
• Proven ability to translate strategic objectives into large-scale implementation plans.
• Strong expertise in operating model design, business architecture and organisational design.
• Experience working with Executive Committees, Boards and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to translate strategy into a clear transformation roadmap.
• Lead the development of future-state business architecture and operating models.
• Oversee a portfolio of strategic transformation initiatives with governance and benefits realisation.
• Drive organisational design, process transformation and changes to ways of working.
• Develop prioritisation frameworks, success measures and performance metrics for transformation outcomes.
• Lead governance, managing risks, dependencies, investments and readiness.
• Collaborate with HR, Communications and senior stakeholders to drive change adoption.
• Challenge operating models to improve effectiveness, scalability and performance.
