The Role

We are seeking an experienced Online Community Manager to monitor and engage with brand communities. Reporting to the Community Team Leader, you will develop engagement strategies, build community relationships, and drive brand growth on channels like Discord, Telegram, Reddit, YouTube, and Trustpilot.

Your Responsibilities

• Monitor member activity daily on online forums, report trends and issues to the team.
• Keep information updated in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with the team to communicate brand updates.
• Complete training and identify adverse events within communities.
• Respond to member comments to foster community, working with Customer Service for inquiries.
• Suggest ideas for community growth and explore new channels.
• Manage Discord live events to engage the community, onboard new users, and promote a vibrant culture.
• Work with social and content teams to produce exclusive content and diversify community engagement.

Requirements
