Job summary

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde recrute un(e) infirmier(e) pour rejoindre l'équipe de sortie, fournissant des conseils et des interventions spécialisés. Un poste à temps plein ou partiel est proposé, avec horaires de travail de 08h30 à 16h30, du lundi au vendredi.

Responsibilities

• Travailler au sein de l'équipe de sortie en fournissant des conseils spécialisés.
• Intervenir auprès des patients, proches et personnels dans les hôpitaux généraux adultes.

Position Details

The role involves working as part of the Discharge Team, providing specialist discharge advice and interventions to staff, patients, relatives, and carers across all directorates within the Acute Services Division. The team includes Discharge Lounges and the Acute Homeless Liaison Team, operating across the entire board within the Acute Adult General Hospitals.

The shift pattern is Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM to 04:30 PM. Please note that the salary is pro-rata for part-time hours.

Candidate Requirements

• First-level registered adult nurse on the NMC register.
• Significant post-registration experience in acute and/or community settings.
• Band 6 experience essential.
• Proven management skills and a strong knowledge of discharge planning in acute care.
