NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking a Band 6 registered adult nurse to join the Discharge Team. This role involves providing essential discharge advice and interventions within the Acute Services Division, ensuring smooth transitions for patients. The position requires significant experience in acute and community settings, along with proven management skills.

The shift pattern for this position is Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM to 04:30 PM, and the post is NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde board-wide.
Note: Salary is pro-rata for part-time hours.
Working as part of the Discharge Team, you will provide specialist discharge advice and interventions to staff, patients, relatives, and carers across all directorates within the Acute Services Division. The team includes Discharge Lounges and the Acute Homeless Liaison Team, operating board-wide within the Acute Adult General Hospitals.
