Do you want to make a big difference to the lives of children, young people and adults with disabilities living in Sutton Coldfield and Birmingham? We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Disability Support Worker as part of a dedicated team supporting disabled people to thrive and live vibrant lives.

In this interesting and varied role, you’ll collaborate as a team to provide stimulating, engaging activities and tailored support to meet the needs of people with different ages and abilities – if you’re motivated to help us deliver inclusive activities then we want to hear from you.

As a dynamic youth work charity, keeping children and adults at risk safe is part of everything we do. You’ll help us do this whilst making sure everyone has fun and can participate. We believe in leading the way to make our community and the world more inclusive.
