About Your Role:

As a Disability Support Worker with HCA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients living in SIL/SDA/In-Home or Group Homes with varying mental health, intellectual, and physical disabilities. You will support participants with therapeutic and interventional support.

We offer a variety of shifts, including day shifts (AM/PM), short shifts (minimum 3 hours), long shifts (up to 8-10 hours), sleepovers, awake duties, and weekends.

Healthcare Australia (HCA) is a national organization providing various staffing services to the healthcare sector. We are currently seeking skilled Disability Support Workers to work directly with our clients in Newcastle, Hunter Region, and surrounding suburbs.

What You Need:
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role and a Cert III or IV in Disability Support
  • Current Working with Children Check & NDIS Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
  • National Police Check
  • First Aid Certificate
  • NSW Driver's License
