Salary: £13.68 - £16.12 per hour (depending on experience)

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Disability Support Worker to join a dedicated care team in Bournemouth. This is a rewarding opportunity to empower individuals with physical, learning, or sensory disabilities to achieve their goals and enjoy a fulfilling life.

As a Disability Support Worker (SW), you will provide essential daily support to individuals based on their unique needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalised care that respects individual preferences and promotes autonomy
