Your Key Responsibilities:

• Create aninclusive and welcomingclassroom environment where every student feels valued.
• Offerone-on-one or small group supportto students with disabilities, helping them stay engaged and focused.
• Assist students with their academic work, ensuring they can reach their potential and stay on track.
• Encourage social and emotional development, helping students build confidence and independence.
• Collaborate with teachers and staffto tailor support to meet individual student needs.
• Assist with classroom management, ensuring a calm, safe, and productive learning environment.
• Help with lesson preparationto ensure smooth daily operations and effective learning.

What You Need:

• Experience supportingstudents with disabilities.
• Acompassionate, patient approachto working with students.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with teachers and students.
• The ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs.
• Acurrent, up-to-date CV(covering the last 10 years, with no unexplained gaps).
• Anenhanced DBS checkregistered on theupdate service, or the willingness to apply for one.
