Pinterest is seeking a Director, Retail, UK to lead monetisation of the Retail vertical in the UK, one of EMEA’s largest markets. You will build the UK Retail business and manage a senior sales team, reporting to the UK Managing Director.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, deepen advertiser relationships, champion AI-enabled sales tools, and represent Pinterest externally in industry discussions. This hybrid London-based role.

Competenze

• 15+ years in digital media with 7+ years in management.
• Strong leadership of sales teams and cross-functional partners.
• Ability to engage with executive-level leaders within client organisations.
• Established network amongst Retail companies.
• Data-driven with strong measurement, MTA/MMM familiarity.
• Understanding AI shaping digital advertising and sales leadership.
• Clear articulation of the company’s role across the full marketing funnel—emphasis on lower-funnel outcomes.
