RBW Consulting is seeking a senior scientific leader to shape translational development strategy from early discovery through clinical development. You will lead PK/PD modelling, pharmacometrics, and model-informed drug development across diverse programmes in collaboration with sponsors and multidisciplinary teams.

You will advise on dose selection, first-in-human projections, trial design, and regulatory submissions while mentoring scientists and expanding the organisation’s translational

• Extensive translational sciences and PK/PD modelling experience.
• Strong understanding of model-informed drug development and translational medicine.
