Opportunity to lead the structural engineering division of a national consultancy in Manchester and with the potential to become the Regional Director (all disciplines), with equity.

We want to hire a Director/ Associate Director/ up and coming Associate Structural Engineer who has a personal brand in Manchester and the attributes to lead. If you have the potential and drive to become the regional director and part-owner of this highly respected practice, that's even better.

• To land in a warm seat, within an existing multidisciplinary team (including Structures)
• Privately owned by engineers, with owner leaders who invest in employee engagement (high employee engagement and retention)
