360 Recruitment Consultant – Headhunting Specialist (Construction, Engineering & Architecture)

We are partnering with a fast-scaling UK-based recruitment agency specialising in niche placements across construction, engineering, and architecture. The business is now looking for a seasoned 360 Recruitment Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in both business development and candidate delivery, leveraging cutting-edge tools and automation to streamline workflows. Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Use proprietary tools such as Market Mapper and Apollo to identify and map prospective clients.
- Conduct structured outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn, using platforms like Dripify and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Secure new job orders and develop lasting client relationships through a consultative approach.
- Participate in client negotiations, ensuring a balance between commercial success and long-term trust.
Candidate Delivery
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using LinkedIn, Loxo (CRM), and external databases.
- Deliver 5–10 high-quality CVs per week aligned with the expectations of US-based clients.
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Prioritise quality over quantity, with a strong emphasis on specialist headhunting strategies.
- Maintain rigorous process control by staying in close contact with candidates at each interview stage.
Daily Activity Expectations
- Make 70–100 outbound calls per day, primarily candidate-facing with some client outreach.
- Conduct morning, mid-day, and end-of-day check-in calls to align and optimise daily workflow.
- Execute 6–7 multichannel touchpoints per candidate or client to ensure high engagement rates.

Candidate Profile
Experience
- 3–5 years in recruitment, ideally within construction, engineering, or architecture.
- International experience is a must
- Prior exposure to US recruitment is a significant advantage.
- Proven track record in 360 recruitment and specialist headhunting.

Monthly salary between R30,000 and R40,0000 + comission
