Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) seeks a strategic professional to join the Small Business team in Europe, accelerating SMB revenue and strengthening Visa’s SMB solutions for existing clients. You will partner with account executives across European markets to scale launches with large banks and fintechs.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the SMB ecosystem, including banks, financial institutions, software platforms and B2B payments.
• Knowledge of SMB payment solutions (virtual cards, AP/AR, APIs).
• Experience in a relationship management, product, or commercial role serving SMB clients.
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills with senior leaders.
• Strong problem-solving, commercial judgement and accountability.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional experience.
• Experience leading teams in a matrix organisation.
• Fluent English; another European language is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Provide first and second level support to a defined group of existing clients to launch and scale Visa card programs.
• Represent the SMB team at client reviews, track performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with Visa Consulting and Analytics to deliver maximum client value and new spend.
• Conduct research, market mapping and opportunity sizing to identify differentiated value.
• Be a subject-matter expert on the SMB segment and track industry trends.
